How to Order

Ordering your HealthCare products from NetValue Pharmacy is quick & simple. Use the vertical navigation bar in the top left hand corner to locate the items/categories you’re after and add them to your Shopping Cart. There’s no obligation to buy until you decide you’re ready ... At that point proceed to ‘Checkout’, enter your personal and payment details, and you're away. It’s that easy!


How secure is my purchase?

All credit card transactions are safe and secure. We use 128-bit SSL technology supplied by world leading third party payments solution provider DPS, this means that the connection between your browser and our servers is ‘scrambled’, enabling your credit card details to travel safely across the net.


How secure is my personal information?

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards is important to us here at NetValue Pharmacy. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Our ZERO-SPAM PRIVACY GUARANTEE: We hate spam as much as you do! We never sell or disclose your name or e-mail address to third parties.


How fast are orders processed & dispatched?

The vast majority of orders are processed and dispatched 'same day'. We will endeavor to advise you if there is any delay in processing your order.


What are typical delivery times?

If Courier, generally between 4 & 5 business days, to the US, 3-4 to Australia and next day to NZ, via a Track & Trace service. If AirMail, the Delivery goal is 6-10 business days to the US, 5-9 to Australia and 1-2 days for NZ. NetValue Pharmacy will send you an e-mail advising Shipping/Tracking information where applicable, including tracking numbers allowing you to follow your order online 24/7.


Do I need to sign for my order?

We send larger orders, and orders for which 'Expedited Shipping' has been purchased via a Track & Trace Courier delivery service, this is SIGNATURE REQUIRED, please consider this when selecting your delivery address. AirMail'ed orders don't require a signature. Click here for more information on our Shipping services.


What’s your delivery guarantee policy?

We 100% guarantee delivery, or your money back. If you do not receive your order within 21days after shipment, or prior to this you become aware that your shipment has been lost by the carrier, please notify us, NetValue Pharmacy will immediately re-ship your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information voids this guarantee.


What if I’m not happy with the goods?

We also 100% guarantee all our products*; if you aren’t satisfied with the goods, if they are damaged in transit or are faulty on arrival, return them and we’ll replace them or credit you back the entire amount. Please read our Terms page for more details. NOTE: * An exception is Aveo TSD's, due to the intimate nature of their use.
